How to Submit a Report?
Access the portal through the link above. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible (date and location of the incident, people involved, supporting evidence, etc.). Optionally, provide your contact details. Anonymity is allowed.
Confidentiality and Whistleblower Protection:
All reports are handled with strict confidentiality and investigated thoroughly. DGS prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
Investigation Process:
1. Report Reception: The Compliance team reviews the submission.
2. Initial Assessment: The credibility and relevance of the report are evaluated.
3. Investigation: If needed, an internal investigation will be conducted to verify the facts.
4. Corrective Actions: If a violation is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, including disciplinary measures or operational changes.
5. Feedback (if applicable): If the whistleblower provided contact information, limited updates may be given on the case status.
DGS and its employees maintain strict electoral neutrality in all professional activities. Any personal political preferences or activities must be separated from company business and not interfere with ethical and legal obligations.
DGS will ensure that this Code of Ethics is actively communicated and disseminated throughout the organization. Training and refresher courses will be provided to all contractors, business partners and employees, particularly those in key positions, to ensure understanding and adherence to the principles outlined herein.
